Norton St Philip was the venue for the service to commission the Rev’d Graham Owen as the new Rural Dean for the Frome Deanery yesterday evening. Led by the acting Archdeacon of Wells, Rev’d Kevin Roberts, over 80 people from all around the Deanery attended the service in St Philip and St James and enjoyed refreshments afterwards.
